Thank you for your ongoing support of Good Shepherd Food-Bank. Below you will find several opportunities to become involved with GSFB throughout the year.
Roof Over Their Heads Program:
- Actively participate in the annual GSFB "Roof Over Their Heads and Food On Their Tables" Program (help us set an annual fundraising goal)
- Make a donation in the name of your buyer, seller, or client to GSFB and we will provide our "Welcome to the Neighborhood" gift cards with specific information. (Download samples here)
Group Volunteer Opportunities:
- Become active volunteers within the GSFB warehouse.
- Tasks include, sorting & inspecting food, stocking shelves, and assisting agencies.
Development Committee:
- Serve as a member of our statewide Development Committee.
- Introduce us to key members of your community to help raise awareness of GSFB's presence throughout the state.
- Introduce friends to GSFB by arranging an inspiring tour of our facility.

Participate as a member of the GSFB Speakers Bureau:
- Speak to Civic Groups, business groups and others about the value of GSFB.
Help Raise Hunger Awareness:
- Invite a GSFB representative to give a brief presentation to your group.
- Feature GSFB in your E-News or other publications.
- Sponsor a GSFB event.
- Link our website to yours to help promote online giving and volunteer participation
